Fourth Party Logistics Routing Problem with Time Window in Uncertain Environments

  • 摘要: 针对物流运作中普遍存在的不确定性,研究不确定环境下带有时间窗的第四方物流路径问题(4PLRP).在总运输费用约束下,以总运输时间满足客户时间窗要求的机会最大为目标,建立带有时间窗和随机运输时间4PLRP的机会模型.为提高模型求解效率,将机会模型转化为清晰的等价确定性模型,并采用蚁群算法对确定性模型进行求解.最后,算例分析验证所设计模型和算法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: Considering the ubiquitous uncertainty associated with logistics operations, we investigate a fourth party logistics routing problem (4PLRP) with a time window in uncertain environments. Under the constraint of total transportation cost, we establish a 4PLRP chance model with a time window and stochastic transportation time (UCM) to maximize the chances that the total transportation time will satisfy the time window. Then, to improve solving efficiency, we transform the chance model into a clear equivalent deterministic model, and use an ant colony algorithm to solve the deterministic model. Our numerical analysis results verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithms.
