Multiple Temperature Information Fusion Based PCR Instrument

  • 摘要: 本系统采用双卡尔曼滤波器算法对多通道的试剂热辐射、环境温度和热源温度数据进行信息融合从而估计出多通道试剂表面温度的真实值,有效克服热成像仪的缺点. 算法结合了迭代扩展卡尔曼滤波器(IEKF)非线性估计收敛快与线性卡尔曼滤波器(KF)实时性高的优点,实现了多通道实时滤波与温控.实验表明, 滤波估计后的红外热成像仪可使误差由2℃降低至0.3℃;聚合酶链式反应(PCR)测试结果较为满意,恒温时间设置更加合理.

     

    Abstract: A dual Kalman filter algorithm is proposed to overcome the defects of thermal imager efficiently, and information fusion data of multichannel thermal radiation of reagents, ambient temperature and heat source temperature are combined to estimate the real temperature of reagents surface by the proposed algorithm. Combining the iterated extended Kalman filter (IEKF) that has a fast convergence speed of nonlinear estimation and a linear Kalman filter (KF) that has the advantages of real-time capability, the algorithm can filter and control temperature in multichannel in real time. Test results show that the infrared thermal imager can reduce error from 2℃ to 0.3℃ after filtering. PCR (polymerase chain reaction) product test result of the system is more satisfactory and constant temperature setting is more reasonable.
