Distributed Control System Design Based on IEC 61850/61499

  • 摘要: 针对IEC 61850标准缺乏功能实现和软件配置方面描述的问题,分析了IEC 61850标准和IEC 61499标准结合的需求性和合理性.通过IEC 61850模型与IEC 61499模型的具体映射,设计了一种基于IEC 61850/61499标准的逻辑功能块,来实现其封装性、可重用性和可配置性.同时具体分析了闭锁逻辑功能块CILO_FB的状态机和算法,设计了一个简单的分布式闭锁系统,仿真实现也证明了两个标准结合的可行性.

     

    Abstract: As the IEC 61850 standard does not contain a description of function implementation and software configuration, the requirement and the rationality of combining IEC 61850 and IEC 61499 are analyzed. A logical function block based on IEC 61850/61499 is designed through specific mapping between an IEC 61850 model and an IEC 61499 model to realize the encapsulation, reusability, and configurability of the logical function block. The state machine of the locking logical function block CILO_FB and its algorithm are analyzed concretely. A simple distributed locking system is designed. Finally, the feasibility of combining the two standards is proved by simulation.
