Abstract:
As the IEC 61850 standard does not contain a description of function implementation and software configuration, the requirement and the rationality of combining IEC 61850 and IEC 61499 are analyzed. A logical function block based on IEC 61850/61499 is designed through specific mapping between an IEC 61850 model and an IEC 61499 model to realize the encapsulation, reusability, and configurability of the logical function block. The state machine of the locking logical function block CILO_FB and its algorithm are analyzed concretely. A simple distributed locking system is designed. Finally, the feasibility of combining the two standards is proved by simulation.
