利用图像比色法进行激光熔池温度场实时检测的研究

Study on Real-time Measurement for Laser Molten Pool Temperature Field by Images Colorimetric Method

  • 摘要: 本文将红外图像比色法应用于金属零件激光成形过程中的熔池温度场检测.阐述了测温原理和硬件图像采集系统的构成,完成了滤光片波长选择并进行了仿真,叙述了软件测温实现过程.试验结果证明了该测温系统瞬时求取温度分布的有效性,温度场实时检测的实现为激光加工过程的闭环控制打下了基础.

     

    Abstract: The infrared image colorimetric method is applied to measuring the molten pool temperature field in metal parts laser shaping process.The measurement principle and system construction for image collection are described.The filter's wavelength is selected,and its effect simulation is fulfilled.The temperature measurement workflow by software is illuminated.Experiment results indicate that this system can effectively measure the instantaneous distribution of the molten pool temperature field.The realization of real-time temperature measurement lays a foundation for closed-loop control in laser forming process.
