Abstract:
The infrared image colorimetric method is applied to measuring the molten pool temperature field in metal parts laser shaping process.The measurement principle and system construction for image collection are described.The filter's wavelength is selected,and its effect simulation is fulfilled.The temperature measurement workflow by software is illuminated.Experiment results indicate that this system can effectively measure the instantaneous distribution of the molten pool temperature field.The realization of real-time temperature measurement lays a foundation for closed-loop control in laser forming process.
