基于预测信号的摆式客车倾摆控制系统PID控制研究

PID Control on the Tilting Passenger Car Controlling System Based on Predictive Signals

  • 摘要: 根据滤波后的横向加速度所具有的规律,提出了对横向加速度信号进行预测的方法,运用预测信号来建立倾摆控制的参考输入信号以补偿由于低通滤波造成的滞后,并对倾摆控制系统进行PID控制.研究结果表明:在一定满意度下,利用对横向加速度的预测建立的控制系统的参考输入不仅能够保证控制启停的正确性,而且能保证控制的实时性.

     

    Abstract: According to the law of the filtered lateral acceleration, the prediction method is presented to compensate the postpone time resulted from the low-pass filtering of the sampled unbalanced lateral acceleration. The reference signals of the titling control can be set up from the predictive signals. The predictive signal method is used to study the PID control of the tilting system. The result shows that the start and stop can be controlled in a right way and the real-time performance can be guaranteed by the predictive method to a certain extent of satisfaction.
