乙苯脱氢反应系统在线优化控制

ON-LINE OPTIMIZING CONTROL OF ETHYLBENZENE DEHYDROGENATION REACTOR SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 针对乙苯脱氢反应系统中设备强关联、长过渡过程时间、外界频繁干扰及催化剂失活等现象,建立了基于反应系统数学模型的动态广义预测控制(GPC)和优化控制算法,并在微机上实现了对该系统的在线控制.

     

    Abstract: In view of activity decay of catalyst,complex coupling of cquipments,long transient time and serious external disturbance,we develop a special on-line algorithm,based on mathematical model,to realize optimal control and generalized predictive control.This algorithm is actually used by means of micro-computer.
