分布式砼生产输送浇筑在线生产调度系统

DISTRIBUTIVE PRODUCTION SUPERVISION AND SCHEDULING SYSTEM FOR CONCRETE MAKING AND POURING PROCESS

  • 摘要: 分析了混凝土(简称:砼)生产输送浇筑生产管理特点,给出了分布式在线生产调度系统的总体结构,描述了专家系统、启发式算法和人机交互相结合的生产调度计划集成化编制方法.现场实际运行表明:该系统可快速准确收集生产实际数据,完成了生产过程的在线可视化监视;编制出符合现场情况、满足工艺要求的高效生产调度计划.

     

    Abstract: The management characteristics of concrete making and pouring process were analyzed, and over all structure of production scheduling system was given. An integrated scheduling method based on rules, heuristic algorithms and user cooperation was presented to deal with non-structural and non-deterministic factors in practical environment. The system has been used in industrial environment, and the application of the system shows that the supervision of whole production process can be performed, near optimal scheduling can be found efficiently and the quality of schedule can be improved greatly.
