连铸—热轧一体化生产制定轧制单位的模型和算法

Model and Algorithm of Rolling Units for Integrated Continuous Casting and Hot Rolling

  • 摘要: 针对连铸—热轧一体化生产中,约束条件多且不匹配、工艺路径连续运行等特点,借助车辆路径问题的思想给出了制定轧制单位的数学模型,并基于禁忌搜索算法设计出一种求解策略.数据实验结果表明:与人工排程相比,应用本文方法形成轧制单位的板坯数平均增加了22%,对轧辊磨损的惩罚值平均减少了63%,并且排程时间明显缩短.

     

    Abstract: A mathematical model for rolling units of integrated continuous casing and hot rolling is formulated according to vehicle routing problem and solved by a heuristic method based on tabu search algorithm.Computational results on experimental data indicate that the average number of slabs included in a rolling unit is increased by 22%,the average penalty is reduced by 63%,and the solution time is obviously reduced comparising with manual work.
