Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis of Chemical Processes Based on CMPCA

  • 摘要: 根据化工生产过程的间歇反应特点,提出了一种基于一致多方向主元分析(CMPCA)的过程性能监测与故障诊断方法.首先基于动态时间规整DTW(Dynamic Time Warping)技术对批次数据进行同步化,从而使得用于建模和诊断的数据均具一致性,保证了过程性能监测与故障诊断的可靠性.

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a monitoring and fault diagnosis method for chemical processes based on consistent multi-way principal component analysis (CMPCA). Firstly, data from different batches will be synchronized based on dynamic time warping (DTW) technique, then the consistent data will be used for modeling and fault diagnosis, which makes the monitoring and fault diagnosis for batch processes more reliable.
