Abstract: In order to support Quality of Service (QoS) for the service-oriented grid system,this paper makes a quite deep research on the related theories and technologies of OGSA (Open Grid Services Architecture),Web Ser-vice,etc.Based on the service-oriented architecture,a service-oriented grid model of SoGSM-QoS (Service-oriented Grid System Model with QoS) with QoS provision is proposed.By uniting the physical grid nodes,the model can reduce the management redundancy and simplify the grid system structure.The model also supports virtual organization and resource virtualization,and maps and monitors the users' QoS requirements between different hierarchies to guarantee the QoS.The structure,function and mechanisms of access control of the SoGSM-QoS are discussed in detail,and the corresponding process models are built.The related performances are analyzed and the validity of this model is verified.
