Optimization Control for Pre-denitrification Type of Biological Treatment Process for Wastewater

  • 摘要: 针对活性污泥前置反硝化污水生化处理工艺,提出一种以排水质量指标为约束条件、以能量消耗最小为目标的优化控制方案.由于污水生化过程机理复杂、参数众多,其最优问题求解困难.因此,在原有活性污泥1号模型和国际评价基准的基础上建立了能够有效模拟原有模型的简化模型,并进一步结合混合遗传算法进行寻优,显著提高了求解效率.仿真结果表明了该方案和方法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: An optimization control scheme for pre-denitrification type of biological treatment process for wastewater is proposed to achieve the wastewater effluent standards with minimal energy consumption control scheme.Complex mechanism and multitudinous parameters in wastewater biological treatment process make it difficult to solve this optimization problem.Based on international evaluation benchmark and activated sludge model No.1,a simplified process model is developed which is able to approximate the intrinsic model effectively.A hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed to look for the optimal value,and it raises the solution efficiency significantly.Simulation experiments validate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme and method.
