多元轨迹同步化问题的改进型DTW算法

摘要: 针对间歇生产过程故障诊断中各批次数据轨迹时间长度不一致,导致应用MPCA/MPLS准确建模及故障诊断失效的问题,本文将动态时间错位(DTW)算法用于所观测的数据轨迹时间长度的同步化;并在此基础上进一步提出了递推式和粗格子点两种DTW改进算法.仿真结果表明,两种DTW改进算法能够有效地同步化各批次轨迹,而且可以推广到在线实时应用.Abstract: Modeling and diagnosing using MPCA/MPLS will lose efficiency because of different time length of data trajectories in batch process fault diagnosis. The Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) is used to synchronize the time length of data trajectories observed.Both improved DTW, recursive and coarse-grid points, are proposed. The simulations show that the two methods can not only synchronize data trajectories successfully, but also be applied to on-line fault diagnosis.
