Abstract: The problem of control and communication co-design in networked control systems(NCSs) is described,analyzed ,compared and discussed in details.The necessity,significance and urgency of this research topic are emphasized by discussing recent studies at home and abroad.Most importantly,the existing deficiencies,available strategies,analysis and comparison of main results are stated in the aspects of communication sequence and communication protocol.Scientific problems to be solved,possible solving directions and developing trends in this area are pointed out,and beneficial suggestions and instructive directions for future research on the topic of control and communication co-design are provided.
