Application of Neural Network Intelligent Diagnosis Technology to Fault Diagnosis of SS7E Locomotive Converter

  • 摘要: 本文全面分析了SS7E机车关键部件变流器的工作原理、故障机理,在此基础上对变流器进行了故障分类.阐述了采用小波分析理论进行变流器电压波形能量特征向量提取的方法;提出了利用能量特征向量,采用神经网络对SS7E机车变流器进行故障诊断的方案;并探讨了该方案的硬件框架构成和部分软件设计以及增加少量检测点在线检测变流器具体故障位置的应用方案.通过数字仿真,验证了本文提出方法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes the working and fault principles of the converter,which is the key-parts of SS7E locomotive,and classifies the converter faults.A method based on wavelet analysis is presented to extract energy eigenvector from the output voltage wave of SS7E locomotive converter,and a diagnosis scheme based on energy eigenvector and neural-network is proposed for converter fault diagnosis.The hardware frame and software design of the fault diagnosis system are discussed and the application scheme is proposed to diagnose the specific position of converter fault online by increasing a few monitoring points.The validity of the presented method is proved with computer simulation.
