Control System Design Method Based on IEC61499 and Design Pattern

  • 摘要: 为克服传统工业过程测量和控制系统(IPMCS)的设计方法无法满足当今日益多变的全球市场竞争的需求,研究了基于IEC1499和设计模式的IPMCS设计新方法.利用IEC1499的功能块和MVC设计模式实现了IPMCS的开放式、模块化设计,并设计出钻孔机监控系统的原型系统.原型系统的设计过程表明新方法具备柔性、可扩展性、可重用性和互操作性.

     

    Abstract: Traditional design methodologies of industrial process measurement and control system (IPMCS) do not meet the needs of todays unpredictable and ever-changing global market, so a new method based on IEC61499 and design pattern is proposed in this paper.Particularly, a function-block based model-view-control design pattern is constructed, and with the proposed design pattern, a prototype of drilling measurement and control system is designed. Design procedure of the prototype system indicates the flexibility, extensibility, reusability and interoperability of the new design method.
