Abstract: With the gradual complication of the equipment and function of manufacturing system, it can no longer meet the demand to diagnose fault by solitary means. This paper is trying to combine ANN with CBR technique, to form an integrated intelligence diagnosis system. Taking full advantage of them, it can improve the accuracy and efficiency of system diagnosis.
