摘要: 提出了模块多变量在线操作指导系统的一般性框架结构，并设计了一个模块多变量在线操作指导系统．它能及时给出合适的线性低密度聚乙烯反应器催化剂操作量的指导值，预防反应器温度超高限运行；在稳定反应器的温度、生产负荷和床层重量方面取得了良好效果．

Abstract: The general framework of modular multivariable online operation guidance system is proposed,and a modular multivariable online operation guidance system is designed,which can give appropriate guidance value of catalyst manipulation of the linear low density polyethylene reaction in time,and prevent reaction temperature from running beyond the high limit.The good effect is achieved in stabilizing temperature,productivity and bed weight of the reaction.
