基于最大邻域点跟踪的静脉图像细化算法

Vein Image Thinning Algorithm Based on Maximal Neighborhood Point Tracking

  • 摘要: 针对二值静脉图像,提出了一种基于最大邻域点跟踪(MNPT)的细化算法.该方法首先估计出静脉纹路宽度,并根据该宽度值计算静脉纹路上像素点的邻域和,然后确定离散的起始搜索点,最后通过跟踪最大邻域点得到细化静脉图像.实验表明,该细化方法提取的静脉骨架位置准确、连通性好、纹路平滑,是一种有效的静脉图像细化方法.

     

    Abstract: For binary vein images,thi:paper presents a thinning algorithm based on maximal neighborhood point tracking (MNPT).The algorithm firstly estimates the width of the vein lines and figures out the neighborhood sum of pixels in the vein lines according to the width;then finds the discrete starting searching points;and finally gets the thinning vein image by tracking the maximal neighborhood point.Experiment results show that the vein skeleton extracted by the proposed thining algorithm has precise location,fine connectivity and smooth lines,so it is an effective thinning method for vein image.
