基于多色图的物料清单建模研究

Bill of Material Modelling Based on Polychromatic Graph

  • 摘要: 为了提高物料清单(BOM)数据维护的正确性、完整性和一致性,应用多色图理论建立了物料清单模型.通过改变对象状态为显态或隐态,控制其与应用BOM的关联;对基于多色图的BOM和应用BOM的结构关系、语义关系和普遍关系进行了讨论;以设计的BOM为基础,建立零部件数量的矩阵,求解自制件、外购件、外协件等零部件数量.通过示例的推演,表明基于多色图的BOM模型易于管理、扩展和变型,适用于物料数据的分散管理.

     

    Abstract: A bill of material(BOM) model is constructed on the basis of polychromatic graph to increase the correctness, integrity and consistency of BOM data maintenance.By changing the object state,explicit or hidden,the model is mapped to application BOM.Structural,semantic and general relations between the proposed model and the application BOMs are discussed.Based on the designed BOM,parts quantity matrix is established to calculate the quantity of the self-made parts and the purchased parts.A case study shows that the presented polychromatic-graph-based BOM model is easy to manage, extend and change,and is suitable for distributed BOM management.
