一种径向基函数神经网络在线训练算法及其在非线性控制中的应用

摘要: 针对现有径向基函数（RBF）神经网络训练算法存在的问题，给出了RBF神经网络的一种在线训练算法，对这种在线训练算法所涉及到的各个方面进行了全面的分析．仿真表明所提出的算法是非常有效的，它克服了以往算法的不足并具有很大的实用性．进一步将RBF神经网络用于非线性控制，取得了良好的结果．Abstract: A novel online training algorithm for RBF neural network is presented.Some problems related to the algorithm are discussed in detail.It is shown by simulations that the algorithm is very effective and can overcome the shortcomings existing in the so-called offline algorithm.Furthermore,the algorithm is used to train a RBF neural network so as to realize a control of the complex nonlinear system.The final result is excellent.
