A DEVELOPING METHOD FOR HYBRID EXPERT SYSTEM IN WELDING PRODUCT QUALITY DIAGNOSE

摘要: 在搜集专家经验和专业知识的基础上，结合专家系统原理，用Visual Basic开发了一个焊接裂纹预测及诊断专家系统，并在实践中发展了人工智能理论．实际评价表明，本系统功能强大，运行可靠，预测和诊断结果的准确性可基本满足工程的要求．

Abstract: On the basis of collecting the professional knowledge, experts experience and the principle of expert system, a predicting and diagnosing software system for welding cracks has been developed under the compiling environment of Visual Basic, also the theory of artificial intelligence is developed in practice. The results show that the system has full functions and runs reliably, the accuracy of the system can satisfy the requirements of the welding engineering.
