多尺度双边滤波及其在图像分割中的应用

Multi-Scale Bilateral Filtering with Application to Image Segmentation

  • 摘要: 噪声图像分割前需要先进行平滑预处理,双边滤波用于图像平滑的滤波效果取决于参数的选取.为降低参数选取的难度,本文提出一种多尺度双边滤波算法来综合不同尺度下双边滤波的平滑效果.先将多尺度双边滤波算法用于噪声图像的平滑预处理,能够在去除噪声的同时较好地保留边缘;再用间断自适应高斯马尔可夫随机场模型进行图像分割.对多个图像进行图像分割的实验结果证明了所提算法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: Noise image must be smoothed before segmentation,and the filtering result relies on the choice of parameters when bilateral filtering is used to smooth images.In order to reduce difficulties in parameter selections,an MSBF(multi-scale bilateral filtering) algorithm is proposed to synthesize the results of bilateral filtering under different scales.Firstly,MSBF is used to the smoothing pretreatment of the noise image,and the edge can be well retained at the same time of denoising. Then discontinuity-adaptive Gaussian Markov random field(DA-GMRF) model is employed to segment the image.Results of segmentation experiments on several images show that the proposed algorithm is effective.
