空间数据挖掘及其与智能系统的集成框架

SPATIAL DATA MINING AND ITS INTEGRATION FRAMEWORK WITH INTELLIGENT SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 空间数据挖掘是指从空间数据库中抽取隐含的知识、空间关系和非显式地存储在空间数据库中有意义的特征或模式.它在遥感、地理信息系统、医疗影像、信息融合系统等领域具有广阔的应用前景,因此日渐受到关注和重视.本文从知识发现、认知科学与智能系统交叉结合的角度,提出了基于数据库和知识库双库协同机制的空间数据挖掘模型,并系统地介绍了从空间数据库中可发现的知识类型及挖掘方法,然后提出了基于空间数据挖掘的新型智能系统总体框架和系统开发基本原则,最后探讨了空间数据挖掘的发展方向.

     

    Abstract: Spatial data mining is the extraction of implicit knowledge,spatial relations and discovery of interesting characteristics and patterns that are not explicitly represented in the database.It has a promising future in such fields as remote sensing,geographical information systems (GIS),medical imagery and information fusion system and so on.And it is accepted and given emphasis little by little.From the view of the crossover of knowledge discovery,cognizing science and intelligent system,this paper proposes a theoretical model of spatial data mining based on the double bases cooperating mechanism of knowledge base and database,and systematically introduces knowledge types which can be obtained from spatial database and the methods of spatial data mining.Then the paper presents the general framework of intelligent system based on spatial data mining and the fundamental principle of its development.Finally,the future directions of spatial data mining are discussed.
