Abstract: This paper introduces,comprehensively,Walsh function analysis and synthesistheory of any function in real Hilbert Space L₂〔0,1〕,Walsh Function analysis oflinear determinate systems and Walsh function synthesis of optimal control.Some prac-tical examples are given,making it easy to understand the essence of these theories.
