摘要: 本文从实现的功能和规模上，将信息获取技术分为四类，即传统传感器、智能传感器、分布式智能传感器和分布式智能感知系统，从材料科学、机械结构、硬件电路等方面详细分析了误差和干扰的产生机制，并且给出了解决方案和未来目标．

Abstract: From the viewpoint of function and scale, We classify the Information-Acquisition-Tech into four group, namely, traditional sensor, smart sensor, distributed smart sensor, and distributed smart sensor system. Mechanism of error & disturbance is analyzed thoroughly, and accordingly, the solution and future aim is put forward.
