Abstract:
To solve the controller complexity problem in gain scheduling control based on linear parameter varying(LPV)systems,this paper proposes a gain scheduling control structure that is simple to implement,and presents a robust gain scheduling design method based on loop shaping approach.First,a compensator function is used to shape the singular values of the plant so that the shaped plant has the desired performance,and then a robust controller is designed using the small gain theorem.The final gain scheduling controller is simple and can achieve good performance.Finally,the approach is applied to a chemical process to show its effectiveness.
