Abstract: This paper proposes an AI (artificial intelligence)heuristic search based productionscheduling strategy for the industrial processes with multistages-multiproducts.Theproposed production strategy could readily address the problems with qualitative factors.The verified results for the strategy are given through a simulation example in thispaper.
