模型故障诊断中测量点优选技术研究

AN APPROACH TO OPTIMAL MEASUREMENTS IN MODEL BASED DIAGNOSIS

  • 摘要: 研究基于模型故障诊断中的测量点优选问题.首先,分析了模型故障诊断中导致诊断效率低下的原因.在此基础上,开发了4种优选测量点的诊断技术,在诊断过程中避免不必要的测试,从而提高了诊断效率.一个典型诊断系统的诊断过程表明,测点范围在原有基础上可缩减1/3到1/2左右.

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the selection problem of measuring points in model-based diagnosis. First, we analyze the causes of low efficiency in model-based diagnosis, and then,four diagnosis methods to optimal selecting measuring points are developed which avoid inefficient testing in diagnosis process to increase diagnosis efficiency. The diagnosis result of a typical diagnosis system shows that the number of measuring points can reduce to two-thirds or half of original one.
