Soft Sensor and Internal Model Control of Heating Furnace Thermal Efficiency

摘要: 对于加热炉热效率的控制，其关键问题在于寻找到一种有效可靠的热效率在线软测量方法．本文在深入分析加热炉燃烧机理的基础上，提出了一种完全基于温度而不依赖氧化锆在线分析仪和燃料燃烧热的热效率在线估计模型，很好地解决了热效率实时测量无法长期稳定运行的难题，并在此基础上设计了加热炉热效率内模控制系统．现场实施表明，该控制系统不但具有满意的控制性能，而且运行稳定可靠，可长期运行．

Abstract: For the control of heating furnace thermal efficiency,the key problem is to find the online reliable and effective estimation of thermal efficiency.After analyzing the combustion mechanism deeply,this paper proposes a novel method for the online estimation of thermal efficiency based on temperature only.Based on the soft sensor model,an internal model control system of heating furnace thermal efficiency is given.The field applications show that the control system is accurate and reliable.
