Abstract: This paper concerns with a kind of production scheduling problem on multi-level, multi-product batch process. The mathematical expression of the production scheduling and the mixed scheduling strategy for the process are developed. And an application of the proposed strategy to a beer plant is also presented as an example to illustrate the satisfactory results.
