生态城市智能综合评价决策支持系统研究与实现

STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTELLIGENT COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ECOCITY

  • 摘要: 本文以决策支持系统理论为基础,综合运用系统工程、决策科学、人工智能、模糊数学和神经网络等理论,对生态城市综合评价问题进行了研究,提出了生态城市智能评价决策支持系统(EICADSS)的基本结构模式介绍了EICADSS各组成部分的功能,讨论了重要组成部分工作原理,为生态城市决策者提供从信息、咨询到评价、决策、政策制定等的全面支持.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of decision support system theory, by comprehensively using the theory of system engineering, decision theory, artificial intelligence, fuzzy mathematics, and neural networks, comprehensive assessment problem of ecocity is studied, and basic construction mode of ecocity intelligent comprehensive assessment decision support system( EICADSS) is proposed, and the functions of each part of EICADSS is introduced. Operating principle of importance part is discussed, and the theoretical guidance supplied for ecocity decision is provided.
