Abstract: Based on the original pyramid linking,we propose here a new one for further improvement of pyramidlinking structure and rooting strategies.It can segment complicated images accurately with a feature ofmaking segmentation,smoothing,feature extraction in identical process.Our research work in cell kernelsegmentation has proved its high accuracy and important value.
