基于仿人分层递阶智能控制的复杂大延时锅炉水磷酸盐处理系统研究

BOILER PHOSPHATE TREATMENT IN THERMAL POWER PLANTSBASED ON ARTIFICIAL HIERARCHICAL INTELLIGENCE CONTROL

  • 摘要: 火电厂锅炉水协调PH-磷酸盐处理的调节机理复杂,具有大延时和非线性的特点.根据被控对象的不同情况,分别采用专家控制、模糊控制和增益自适应内模IMC-PID控制,提出了一套基于仿人分层递阶智能控制方案,并说明了其工程实现方法.

     

    Abstract: The control principle of Coordinated PH-Phosphate treatment in thermal power plants is complicated, and there are macro-time delay and off-line in it. The boiler phosphate treatment in thermal power plants based on artificial hierarchical intelligence control was presented in this paper. Expert intelligence control、fuzzy intelligence control and gain adaptive internal model control are employed based on the variability of process objection. The method for puting it into effect was also described.
