Abstract: The paper shows the importance and necessity of the multitarget tracking technology in precise-guiding weapon based on the requirement of future war and economical development, discusses the development of multitarget tracking technology in recent few decades, studies the key of underwater multitarget tracking technology, and finally gives the prospect of multitarget tracking technology in precise-guiding weapon.
