Abstract: At present,intelligence science and intelligent technology is a warm topic attracted many scientists and engineers. There are some arguments in the development of intelligent technology.Some bodiesdoubt the prospect of the present intelligent technology and compare them with human's intelligence,thenthey consider that these systems did not possess any kind of intel ligence,just special software packages.Some bodies are over optimistic about the present intelligent system. These points of view, over optimistic orover pessimistic, are wrong. Firstly, we have to distinguish the intelligence science and the intelligent technology. The former is to investigate the nature phenomenon possessed by human. And the later is to developa technology instead some human mental works.Secondly, we have to identify the limitation of present intelligent methodology.
