Research on Integrated Production-Distribution Operation in Supply Chain

  • 摘要: 研究单工厂、多产品、多分销中心供应链网络的生产—分销运作一体化问题,利用混合整数规划方法,建立一体化的多周期模型,同步优化系统的生产批量、库存和车辆调度.通过对模型的等价转换,设计了拉格朗日松弛启发式算法来求解模型.数值实例的计算结果验证了算法的有效性,表明了一体化决策可以显著地降低供应链成本

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the integrated production-dis tribution operation problem in supply chain network composed of single plant,multiple products and multiple distribution centers.An integrated multi-period model is proposed using mixed integer programming approach,whose aim is to optimize production lot size,inventory and vehicle schedule in the system simultaneously.Lagrange relaxation heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the model by equivalent transformation.The computational result of numerical example validates that the algorithm is effective and shows that integrated decision can remarkably reduce the supply chain cost.
