人工智能辅助无人驾驶汽车现状、挑战与趋势

Current Situation, Challenges and Trends of Artificial Intelligence-assisted Autonomous Vehicles

  • 摘要: 随着城市化进程的加速,交通拥堵、交通事故频发及环境污染等问题日益严重,无人驾驶技术被视为解决这些问题的关键方案之一。本文综述了人工智能辅助无人驾驶汽车的现状、挑战与趋势。首先梳理了无人驾驶汽车所依赖的人工智能的技术原理;其次详细阐述了人工智能技术在无人驾驶汽车中的3大应用:环境感知、路径选择和预测与决策,并归纳和分析了相关算法和模型;然后指出了无人驾驶汽车领域面临的技术挑战;最后展望了人工智能在无人驾驶汽车领域的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization, traffic congestion, frequent traffic accidents and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious, and autonomous driving technology is regarded as one of the key solutions to solve these problems. We review the current situation, challenges and trends of artificial intelligence-assisted autonomous vehicles. Firstly, we sort out the technical principles of artificial intelligence relied on by autonomous driving. Secondly, we elaborate three major applications of artificial intelligence technology in autonomous vehicles, including environment recognition, path selection and vehicle control, and then we summarize and analyze the relevant algorithms and models. Thirdly, we highlight the technical challenges. Finally, we prospect the development trend of artificial intelligence in the field of autonomous vehicles.
