Centralized Controller Design Based on Singular Value Decomposition

  • 摘要: 针对过程控制中具有不同时滞的多变量强耦合系统,提出了一种基于奇异值分解的解耦控制方法.通过内模原理设计了集中式PI(proportional-integral)控制器,并系统分析了系统的鲁棒稳定性能.该方法能够很好地解决系统耦合问题,且同时适用于方形和非方系统,能够对多变量系统控制方法做出统一化设计.通过仿真实例研究结果表明了该方法的有效性,并且能够很好地消除模型降阶和系统参数扰动带来的干扰,具有理想的解耦能力和鲁棒性.该方法设计简单,易于工程实施.

     

    Abstract: A novel decoupling control method based on singular value decomposition is proposed for a strongly coupled multivariable system with different time delays in process control. A centralized PI (proportional-integral) controller is derived via internal model control (IMC), and its robust stability is analyzed systematically. The proposed method is able to eliminate the interaction, and can be applied to both the square system and the non-square system, obtaining a general design for a multivariable system. Simulation research indicates the effectiveness of this method, with its strong decoupling ability and robust stability. Moreover, errors caused by model reduction approximation and system parameter perturbation are eliminated as they became apparent. The design is simple and can be easily implemented.
