Optimization Model and Algorithm for Lot Planning Coordination between Steelmaking and Hot Rolling

  • 摘要: 针对炼钢与热轧前后工序批量计划的协调优化问题,考虑多种连铸坯传输方式及调度层面的因素,以最小化浇次计划、轧制计划中工艺约束的总惩罚及最大化热装率为优化目标建立数学模型,并提出进化算法框架下的基于启发式规则的邻域搜素算法进行求解,依据不同的优化策略构造启发式规则生成邻域解,优化浇次计划、轧制计划及生产班次指派方案.仿真实验验证了模型与算法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of coordination and optimization of lot plannings in steelmaking and hot rolling, different slab delivery forms and scheduling factors are considered and a mathematical model is built. This minimises the penalties for processing constraint violations in the steelmaking and hot rolling lot planning and maximises the hot charging rate as the optimization target. An algorithm containing neighborhood searches based on heuristic rules embedded in an evolutionary algorithm framework is established. The neighborhood solutions are generated by the heuristic rules according to different optimization strategies. The steelmaking and hot rolling lot planning and assignment of the shifts are then optimised.
