  • 摘要: 在基于泛在信息的智能制造时代,信息技术的大量涌现,以从未有过的能力,不断满足市场对制造业变革的技术需求,极大地冲击和促进制造业从传统模式向未曾有过的模式转变,使其逐步进入新的、不断发展的信息环境与制造模式之中,这种新的信息环境与制造模式组成了智能制造空间,它的发展与变化将影响智能制造的发展.文章详细阐述了在制造系统结构、设计与制造技术、人机关系方面正在发生的巨大变革,并且指出以“分散与集中相统一的制造系统、虚实结合的设计与制造手段、人机共融的生产方式”为特征的智能制造空间将快速形成,重塑需求牵引和技术驱动下的智能制造发展模式和技术体系.

     

    Abstract: In the era of smart manufacturing based on ubiquitous information, the proliferation of information technology meet the technical demands of the market for manufacturing transformation with the unprecedented capacity, which impacts and promotes manufacturing industry from the traditional mode to the unprecedented new mode gradually. This new information environment and mode make up the smart manufacturing space that affects the development of intelligent manufacturing. We expound the big changes that are taking place in the aspects of manufacturing systems organization, production design and manufacturing technology, and human-machine relationship. Smart manufacturing space will form quickly with the characteristic of centralized-decentralized hybrid of manufacturing systems, design and manufacturing methods of virtual-actual mixing and mode of production based human-machine fusion, and will reshape the new paradigm and technology system for manufacturing industry under demand promoting and technology-driven will be remodeled.
