多维经典波形冲击控制技术

Multi-dimensional Classical Shock Waveform Control Technology

  • 摘要: 标准冲击加速度信号积分得到速度和位移的末值不为零,不能直接用于振动台冲击试验.本文提出一种对称波形补偿方法,适合对半正弦、锯齿波、梯形波进行时域补偿.形成的零起始零结束冲击波形,再结合多维波形控制器来实现多维冲击控制.将本方法用于多维振动台控制,实测结果显示:使用该方法来控制多维电动振动台,能够达到满意的控制效果.

     

    Abstract: Standard shock impulse cannot be applied to the vibrator test due to the non-vanishing value of velocity and displacement integrating from acceleration. We present a symmetrical method to compensate for the half-sine, post-peak saw tooth, and symmetric trapezoidal wave. Combined with the multi-dimensional waveform controller, the shock waveform can realize multi-dimensional classical shock control. An experiment that involves driving a multi-dimensional electric vibrator shows a satisfactory control effect.
