Abstract:
Considering the problem that the response speed of small medium production enterprises (SMPEs) to complex orders is slow, we propose a method to improve the response efficiency from the view of modulating the rationality of system parameters. First, we construct a production operating system of SMPEs that integrates the key skills of workers. Second, we establish a steady-state equilibrium equation model of the SMPEs production operating system based on a continuous Markov train. For two different control strategies, we explore the efficiency of system influenced by some parameters, such as the switching time of producing lines. Finally, we determine the variation trends of system performance with the parameters by theoretical calculations and computer simulations. The experimental results show that the theoretical results agree well with the real production lines. Therefore, this study provides an important basis for designing rational parameters of SMPEs production operating systems.
