Abstract:
Aiming at the precise synchronization and reliable transmission requirements of time sensitive manufacturing and management data under the coexistence of heterogeneous industrial Internet of Thing (IoT) in intelligent factories, a heterogeneous industrial IoT time sensitive “One-to-Bottom”networking architecture and transmission method is proposed. Adopting the self-developed new generation international industrial fieldbus AUTBUS intelligent network system and based on the architecture of “central gateway+edge controller”, all data in the intelligent factory is gathered in real-time, and bus virtualization technology is used to uniformly send it to time sensitive switching devices for rectification and gate control scheduling. The system testing results show that the heterogeneous industrial IoT architecture composed of AUTBUS devices equipped with time sensitive technology can ensure the deterministic transmission of time sensitive data under the coexistence of heterogeneous multiple networks, and has a good real-time performance and reliability.
