Fault Diagnosis Methods for Train Traction Motors: A Review

  • 摘要: 牵引电机是列车驱动系统的关键部件之一,是列车运行的动力来源,其长期在变转速、高负载、高温环境工作下,加剧了牵引电机故障的发生,牵引电机一旦发生故障将危及列车运行安全,因此对列车牵引电机开展故障诊断意义重大。首先,本文介绍了牵引电机的分类以及常见的牵引电机类型。其次,按照牵引电机故障发生的常见部位,总结了不同故障类型。然后,对国内外学者在传统故障诊断与机器学习故障诊断研究成果进行了梳理。最后,对牵引电机故障诊断技术发展趋势和未来研究方向进行总结和展望。

     

    Abstract: Traction motors are essential components of the train's drive system, providing power for train operation. Long-term operation under variable speeds, high loads, and high-temperature environments has exacerbated the occurrence of traction motor failures. Once a traction motor fails, it poses a threat to train operation safety. Therefore, conducting fault diagnosis research on train traction motors is of great significance. This paper first introduces the classification of traction motors and common types of train traction motors. Then, it summarizes different kinds of faults based on the common locations where traction motor faults occur. Next, it reviews the research achievements of domestic and international scholars in traditional fault diagnosis and machine learning-based fault diagnosis. Finally, it summarizes and prospects for the development trends and future research directions of train traction motor fault diagnosis technology.
