Abstract:
Aiming at the frequency stability problem of interconnected hybrid power systems integrated with wind power and solar power generation, we investigate the stability of interconnected hybrid power systems based on non instantaneous impulsive control (NIIC). An event triggered NIIC (ET-NIIC) control strategy is proposed for interconnected hybrid power systems. The distributed control is accomplished within a short period, which overcomes the instantaneity and discontinuity of the conventional event triggered impulsive control (ETIC). It is theoretically proven that the ET-NIIC is non Zeno, and can realize exponential stability for the interconnected hybrid power systems. Meanwhile, comparative simulation experiments are carried out against the traditional ETIC method. The results demonstrate that without a notable increase in control cost, the ET-NIIC mitigates the instantaneity and discontinuity inherent in conventional impulsive control, reduces the control times and impulse frequency, and improves the operational safety and stability of the system.
