空间碎片接触式捕获关键技术及其控制方法研究综述

Review of Key Technologies and Control Methods for Contact-based Capture of Space Debris

  • 摘要: 空间碎片的快速增长已成为制约空间活动可持续发展的重大挑战,而接触式捕获因直接、有效和可控的特点,被视为主动清除技术的重要路径。本文系统回顾了接触式捕获的技术演进与研究进展。首先,概述了空间碎片的来源、特性及其潜在威胁。随后,围绕刚性捕获与柔性捕获两大技术范式展开讨论,详细总结了单机械臂、多机械臂等刚性方案和网捕获、太空鱼叉与系留机器人等柔性方案的力学特性、控制策略及适用场景与局限性。在此基础上,本文进一步探讨了捕获过程中的关键技术,包括非合作目标的参数识别、碎片消旋及冲击最小化。最后,展望了接触式捕获技术的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: The rapid growth of space debris has become a major challenge constraining the sustainable development of space activities, while contact-based capture, characterized by its directness, effectiveness, and controllability, is regarded as a important pathway for active debris removal technologies. We systematically review the technological evolution and research progress of contact-based capture. First, we outline the sources, characteristics, and potential threats of space debris. Subsequently, the two major technical paradigms of rigid capture and flexible capture are discussed. The mechanical characteristics, control strategies, applicable scenarios, and limitations of rigid approaches, such as single robotic arms and multi-robotic arms, as well as flexible solutions including net capture, space harpoons, and tethered robots, are comprehensively summarized. On this basis, we further explore the key technologies in the capture process, including parameter identification of non-cooperative targets, debris detumbling, and impact minimization. Finally, the development trends of contact-based capture technology are envisioned.
