基于反步法的连续退火机组辊间带钢张力控制

Control of the Strip Tension between the Rolls in the ContinuousAnnealing Line Based on the Backstepping Method

  • 摘要: 以冷轧连续退火机组为研究背景,通过对带钢张力产生机理的分析,建立了该机组的传动辊之间带钢张力的动态机理模型和状态空间表达式模型. 在此基础上,设计了基于反步法的带钢张力控制算法,并利用李亚普诺夫函数证明了系统的稳定性.仿真实验结果表明,采用基于反步法的带钢张力控制器后, 带钢张力能够较好地跟踪其设定值,稳态和动态误差小、超调量小、调节时间短,具有良好的控制效果.

     

    Abstract: Taking the continuous annealing line in the cold rolling process as the research background, the dynamical mechanism model and state space expression model of the strip tension of the driving roll are proposed by analyzing the mechanism of the stirp tension. By using the tension model, a strip tension control algorithm based on backstepping is designed. The stability of the tension control system is proved by using the Lyapunov function. Simulation experiment results show that the proposed tension control method can control the actual strip tension to track its set-point with the satisfactory performance such as low static and dynamical errors, small overshoot, short regulation time.
