铝粉雾化精分过程管道风流量的先进控制

Advanced Control of Pipe Airflow in Aluminum Powder Atomizing and Fine Classifying Process

  • 摘要: 以铝粉雾化生产过程中精分系统控制为对象,针对管道间的相互耦合干扰使管道风流量处于长期波动的状态而影响铝粉分级精度的问题, 给出了一种铝粉精分系统管道风流量的先进控制策略.将PID控制优异的稳态特性和模糊控制良好的动态特性与暂态响应曲线的设定和协调控制相结合, 提出了一种模糊PID协调控制策略实现精分系统管道风流量的控制,大大减小了回路之间的耦合干扰,克服了传统PID控制超调大、 调节时间长等缺点.通过仿真验证,新型控制策略响应迅速、超调小、稳态特性好,取得了良好的控制效果.

     

    Abstract: In the fine classifying process control of aluminum powder atomizing production, the pipe airflow is difficult to remain stable for a long time due to the pipes coupling perturbation, which affects mainly the aluminum powder classifying accuracy. An advanced control strategy is thus presented for the pipe airflow control of aluminum powder fine classifying process. Combining both better steady-state property of PID control and better dynamics of fuzzy control with the transient response setting and coordinated control, a fuzzy PID coordinated control method is suggested to make the pipe airflow stable in fine classifying process. It is observed that the pipes coupling effects are reduced, and some defects such as large overshoot, long setting time in using traditional PID control, are avoided. Simulation results demonstrate that the new control strategy is excellent at quick response, small overshoot, better steady-state property and satisfactory control effect.
