  • 摘要: 针对传统多线切割机手动绕线效率低的缺陷,增加自动绕线机构.详细分析了机械结构和功能改变后的控制系统,根据其特点建立了线速度同步和角速度同步的统一模型. 对现有同步控制算法进行改进,增加单轴电机转速误差的微分,提出了一种并联差分耦合同步控制策略,并对其有效性进行证明.通过与传统的主从同步控制的对比试验证明, 并联差分耦合同步控制算法具有控制精度高、轴间误差小的优点.

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the defects of low efficiency of manual winding in traditional multi-wire saw, an automatic winding mechanism is added. The control system with the changed mechanical structure and function is analyzed in detail. According to the system characteristics, a unified model with synchronous linear velocity and angular velocity is established. Existing synchronous control algorithms are improved, the speed error difference of a single motor is increased, a kind of parallel difference coupling synchronization control strategy is put forward, and its effectiveness is testified. The traditional master-slave synchronous control comparative tests prove that the parallel difference coupling synchronization control algorithm has advantages of both high control accuracy and small inter-axle error.
