Abstract:
Aiming at the defects of low efficiency of manual winding in traditional multi-wire saw, an automatic winding mechanism is added. The control system with the changed mechanical structure and function is analyzed in detail. According to the system characteristics, a unified model with synchronous linear velocity and angular velocity is established. Existing synchronous control algorithms are improved, the speed error difference of a single motor is increased, a kind of parallel difference coupling synchronization control strategy is put forward, and its effectiveness is testified. The traditional master-slave synchronous control comparative tests prove that the parallel difference coupling synchronization control algorithm has advantages of both high control accuracy and small inter-axle error.
