A New Multi-Branch Blind Equalization Algorithm for Communication System

  • 摘要: 利用并行遗传算法优化空间分集正交小波盲均衡算法,将空间分集中各支路均衡器权向量作为并行遗传算法的子种群进行选择、交叉及变异. 各子种群之间定期相互传送适应度最好的个体,并淘汰适应度最差的个体,再将分集支路输出信号通过等增益合并后输入正交小波盲均衡器. 计算机仿真结果表明,该算法能搜索到全局最优解,并具有收敛速度快、稳态误差小等诸多优点.

     

    Abstract: Parallel genetic algorithm is used to optimize the space diversity orthogonal wavelet blind equalization algorithm, each branch equalizer weight vector of the space diversity is used as the subpopulation of the parallel genetic algorithm to select, cross and mutate. The best adaptable individual is transmitted regularly from one subpopulation to another, and the worst adaptable individual is eliminated. Then each branch output signal of the diversity is inputted to the orthogonal wavelet blind equalizer using the equal gain merging. Computer simulation shows that the proposed algorithm can find the global optimal solution and has many advantages including the fast convergence rate and the small steady-state error.
